Nice Consulting will provide cradle to grave support on a success fee basis for purchase and sale transactions.  We will also provide select services such as merger integration at agreed to rates.

Nice Consulting has experience in raising all types of debt and equity financing.  Bob has have completed dozens of transactions raising over $150 million in capital.  He has developed excellent working relationships with all the major banks and many of the subordinated debt and leasing providers.

Fees can be structured on an hourly, daily and monthly retainers basis.
